With more than 20 years of experience in event management, Willie has managed and participated in over 150 major conferences and events. His attention to detail and passion for delivering outstanding results has made his events not only successful but also memorable. As the driving force behind AV Solutions, Willie brings integrity, vision, and an unwavering commitment to his clients, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations.

Willie’s leadership extends beyond event management. As the Director of AV Solutions, he has consistently introduced potential clients to the high standards of the company. Academically, Willie’s achievements are equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho, USA, where he was involved in a prestigious NASA project. He also completed an Executive MBA at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, graduating at the top of his class and receiving the 2009 Furama Ltd Endowed Book Prize Award. Additionally, he earned an Advanced Management Program (AMP) Certification from NTU-Berkeley (Haas Business School, California).

Willie’s contributions to business and industry have been widely recognized. In 2009, he was honored with the Outstanding Entrepreneur Award at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards and later received the Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2012 by SOE Singapore. In 2015, he was recognized as a Business Luminary under the Promising SME500 campaign by SMBA Singapore.
